How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

We respond to all inquiries within a few hours during business hours (9am–7pm weekdays, 9am–5pm Saturday, 10am–4pm Sunday). For urgent inquiries, call or text us directly at 614-955-8929.

How far in advance should I book?

Weekend evenings typically book 2–4 weeks out. Q4 holiday parties (October–December) book 6–8 weeks out. Weekday corporate events often have 1–2 week availability. Book early to secure your preferred date.

Do you serve all Columbus suburbs?

Yes — we serve all of Columbus and the surrounding metro area including Dublin, Westerville, Hilliard, Grove City, New Albany, Worthington, Powell, Gahanna, Pickerington, and Lewis Center. Call us for locations further out.
