A New Entertainment Night Your Regulars Will Show Up For

Recurring Golf Nights
Weekly or monthly

A standing golf night on your calendar — say, "Closest-to-the-Pin Thursdays" — gives guests a reason to plan their week around your venue.

Golf nights perform especially well on traditionally slower Tuesday–Thursday shifts, bringing in guests who wouldn't otherwise be there.

Guests come back to defend their score

A running leaderboard gives competitive guests a direct incentive to return the following week and try to beat their previous shot.

A talking point beyond the menu

Guests talk to strangers at the bar about their shot. It's a natural conversation starter that keeps tables full and orders coming.

Flat per-event fee for your venue plus a low recurring rate for standing nights — we make money from guest play, not from marking up your bar tab.

How the partnership works

Simple Economics for Your Venue

01
Flat event fee to your venue

We charge your venue a flat fee per event, with a discounted recurring rate once you commit to a standing weekly or monthly night.

02
We collect directly from guests for play

Guests pay us directly — $2 for a single shot, or 3 shots for $5 — so that revenue funds prizes and keeps your venue's cost predictable.

03
We cover the prizes

A $500 hole-in-one prize is on us, not your venue's tab. You get the traffic and the excitement without the liability.

04
We staff and run the whole night

Your bar staff pours drinks — our team manages the simulator, the leaderboard, and the competition from start to finish.

Questions

Venue Partnership FAQ

How much does it cost our venue to host a golf night?
We charge a flat per-event fee to your venue, with a lower recurring rate once you commit to a standing weekly or monthly night. Reach out for exact pricing based on your space and schedule.
Do we need to pay for guest play or prizes?
No. Guests pay us directly — $2 for a single shot, or 3 shots for $5 — and we personally cover the $500 hole-in-one prize. Your venue's cost stays predictable.
Does our staff need to run the simulator?
No — our team fully staffs and operates the simulator and leaderboard for the entire night. Your bartenders and servers just do what they already do.
What kind of space do you need at our venue?
About 15 feet wide by 10 feet deep, 9 feet of ceiling clearance, a standard outlet, and Wi-Fi. Patios and indoor spaces both work.
Can we try it once before committing to a recurring night?
Yes — most venue partnerships start with a single trial night so you can see the traffic lift before scheduling a recurring slot.
What nights work best for a golf simulator activation?
Tuesday through Thursday tend to see the biggest lift, since those are typically a venue's slower nights. We'll help you pick based on your current traffic patterns.
