Why it works for fundraising

A Genuine Fundraising Mechanism, Not Just a Photo Op

01
Buy-in competitions create direct revenue

A closest-to-the-pin contest with a small entry fee per shot adds a repeatable revenue stream throughout your event, not just a one-time ticket sale.

02
Sponsors get something to point to

A live, photographable competition gives sponsors real visible presence at your event tied to their name — an easier sell than a logo on a printed program.

03
We handle logistics so your committee doesn't have to

Volunteer committees are stretched thin already. We deliver, staff, and tear down — one less thing for your team to manage on event day.

Questions

Fundraiser & Golf Outing FAQ

How does the closest-to-the-pin buy-in work?
Guests pay a small per-shot fee to enter, and we track a live leaderboard throughout the event. Proceeds can go directly to your organization, and we personally cover any hole-in-one prize payouts.
Can you set up at a golf course for our outing?
Yes — we regularly set up on-course near a tee box or at the clubhouse/19th hole for the reception and awards portion of Columbus-area golf outings.
Can sponsors get recognition at the event?
We don't offer on-screen branding overlays, but sponsors can be recognized through on-site signage near the setup, announcer shoutouts, or a sponsor-named prize category — let us know your sponsorship tiers and we'll help build recognition in.
Do you work with nonprofit committees and volunteer organizers?
Regularly. We're used to coordinating directly with volunteer event committees and can adjust setup requirements to fit smaller planning teams.
What if it's an indoor gala, not an outdoor golf outing?
No problem — the simulator works identically indoors. Most charity galas host us as an activity station alongside dinner and the silent auction.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 4–6 weeks out for standard fundraisers, and earlier for large golf outings or galas with multiple sponsors and coordination needs.
