A Booth Activation That Actually Drives Traffic

Booth Traffic Driver
Stand out on a crowded floor

A golf simulator is visible and audible from across the hall. Attendees walk toward the activity — and toward your booth — before they ever read your signage.

Closest-to-the-Pin Competitions
Keeps attendees at your booth longer

A running leaderboard gives attendees a reason to stop, take a swing, and come back later to check their standing — extending real time spent with your brand.

The simulator itself gives your booth a high-production feel that a tabletop giveaway can't match. Pair it with your own booth signage or banners for a fully branded footprint.

Why it works

What Makes a Simulator a Better Booth Draw Than a Giveaway Table

01
Motion draws attention on a static show floor

Most booths are tables and banners. A live screen with a swinging club and a crowd is the one thing attendees notice from thirty feet away.

02
It creates dwell time, not drive-by traffic

A leaderboard competition keeps people at your booth for minutes, not seconds — long enough for your team to actually qualify a lead.

03
Works for exhibitors and hosted client events alike

Same setup fits a 10x10 trade show booth or a hospitality suite entertaining VIP clients during the conference.

Questions

Trade Show Activation FAQ

Can you fit a simulator in a standard 10x10 trade show booth?
A standard setup needs about 15 feet wide by 10 feet deep, so a single 10x10 booth is tight. Most exhibitors pair two adjacent booths or use a corner/end-cap space. We'll confirm your exact booth dimensions before booking.
Do you handle convention center load-in requirements?
Yes. We coordinate with show management and venue logistics for load-in windows, power drops, and any union labor requirements specific to the convention center.
Can the simulator display our company branding?
We don't offer custom on-screen branding overlays. The activation itself is a strong draw on its own — many exhibitors pair it with their own booth signage, banners, or a step-and-repeat backdrop nearby for a fully branded footprint.
How does lead capture work with the competition?
We can pair the leaderboard sign-up with a simple contact form, so every attendee who competes becomes a captured lead your sales team can follow up with directly.
Is this only for exhibitors, or can it work for a hosted client suite too?
Both. We regularly set up in exhibitor booths as well as hospitality suites and after-hours client events tied to a Columbus conference or trade show.
How far in advance should we book for a trade show?
We recommend 3–4 weeks out for standard bookings, and 6+ weeks for large conventions with strict load-in logistics or multi-day activations.
